Welcome to

Scarves seem the simplest kind of knitting.  So when I wandered into a yarn store and was smitten by the amazing fibers under my fingers, scarves were my first thought.  That was seven years ago...

Early on I was infatuated with wild fibers like musk ox, monkey, vicuna, and possum.  Then I met some spinners and dyers, and my world exploded with the color and texture of wool, soy, bamboo,

cotton, and tencel.

Last year I began to make hats as well as scarves.  And occasionally fingerless mittens.  Same yarns, same approach: no plan other than melding beautiful color, softness and texture.  Seems to be working.
